Kimball Farm in Jaffrey is a popular destination with travelers and local folks alike. The setting, the former Silver Ranch, has a view of Mount Monadnock and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal or some ice cream (or both!)
This Kimball location opened in 1995 when the owners, the Sawyer family, sold the buildings and land to Mike and Peter Kimball. It had been an ice cream stand and restaurant for a number of years prior to the purchase. The Sawyer family still operates the Silver Ranch farm across the street and airport, down the road.
This location offers the same great food as the other locations—seafood, salads, burgers and chowder— and of course, Kimball Farm's legendary ice cream.
The Country Store is the perfect place to find a souvenir from the region, original Kimball Farm apparel or fine gifts from names such as Stonewall Kitchen.
On a rural road, popular with motorcyclists and families out for a drive, Monadnock Oldies Car Club hosts a well attended Cruise Night, every Wednesday, 5-9pm, June through September.
