Kimball Farm has been awarded the privilege of providing a full-bar for all Corporate & Private Events.
We offer draft & bottled beer, non-alcoholic beer, poured wine, various wine coolers, mixed drinks, frozen Island Oasis beverages, and Kimball Farm Ice Cream Specialty Drinks. Frozen beverages are available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

We thank you for a minimum of 20 orders of each individual item requested from the custom food list. These items are ordered on a per person/per order basis. You may order custom food for the entire group or opt to order for a certain number of individuals. If you select custom food for your entire group, we will add this item to a menu listing at BBQ time. If you choose to go with an order per individual, we will be happy to provide individual tickets to be passed out to your attendees.
The Kimball Farm Events Office is pleased to make arrangements for the following activities for your day of fun. Moonwalk - We offer two types of Moonwalks for your event. The first is a great basic bouncy house. The second Moonwalk has a bit more 'bells & whistles' (slide inside & bouncy portion). The Moonwalk is set for the duration of your event.
Dunk Tank - This, too, would be set up for the duration of your event.
Pony Rides - Two ponies for two hours or three ponies for three hours.
All Pony Rides are held in a fenced area near the Country Store. Most children of all ages enjoy the ponies! Our handler requests a weight maximum of 110 pounds for each rider.
Clown Entertainment varies depending on the clown's talent & expertise. Our clowns enjoy providing balloon animals and face painting. Depending on the number of children, you may want to consider one clown for balloon animals and another for face painting. Clowns are happy to appear in full costume and make-up -- or with minimal make-up, etc.
Team Building/Facilitated Games – Team Bonding offers more than 50 innovative Team Building programs and group activities to bring your group closer together including Scavenger Hunts, Outrageous Olympics, Corporate Survivors, Picnic Games, Cook offs and more.Team Bonding is a Massachusetts company that has been delivering quality programs to large and small corporations for the past 18 years.

Lynn Toomey is a delight to work with. Her mobile art-based entertainment services can offer your group everything from sand art to painting projects to tie-dye t-shirts, spin art Frisbees, face painting and many other fun arts & crafts activities. It‚s interactive, hands-on and everyone goes home with a masterpiece. Let's Gogh Art arrives on the property with their great staff, they take care of the set-up, they work with both the adults and children on their projects, and then complete the event with clean up and departure.
Let's Gogh Art also offers a service called Let's Gogh Games. Lynn and her staff will come in and set up a variety of different games and team events for you group.
Another unique option is Animal Adventures. Ed Laquidara does a wonderful & entertaining job of showcasing a wide variety of animals. He and his staff usually perform an introduction show & provide time for touching, petting, etc...of the animals they bring along. View more about Ed and his animals at www.animaladventures.net. Golf Lessons - Larry Finnegan, Golf Professional has been teaching the fundamentals of golf to players of all skill levels. He is widely admired for his knowledge and patient teaching style. He offers a selection of lesson alternatives designed to build upon your existing swing and to improve on your overall game. Larry is available at our Westford location 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 12 Noon.
