At our Kimball Farm Westford, MA location we are capable of hosting your event for groups from 50 to 2,500. Along with Corporate gatherings, Kimball Farm is the ideal setting for retirement parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, casual weddings, anniversary celebrations, and more. We offer two all-inclusive packages for your event ~ the Great American BBQ and the Kimball Farm Ice Cream Buffet Outing.

Kimball Farm hosts events from mid-May until the end of September. Our suggested hours for a  daytime Great American BBQ event are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ~ our evening events are held from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Our Ice Cream Buffet Outing is held for a varied four hour timeframe. All golf & bumper boat activities are completely illuminated for evening enjoyment for all attendees.

We provide comfortable picnic-table seating under large event tents. Our facility, and all we offer, provides the perfect blending of fun and activities for all. From our fabulous Great American BBQ Menu and scrumptious Ice Cream Buffet to adventure and the fun-filled challenge of varied golf activities & excitement in our Bumper Boat Pond. We know you will agree our setting is ideal for young and old alike! We also provide shared field areas for volleyball, horseshoes, and varied field games.

KIMBALL FARM ICE CREAM BUFFET OUTING PACKAGE
 

For more information on hosting your event with Kimball Farm, please fill out our Event Request Form or call (978) 486-3891 x103.

All prices listed are based on a per person basis. We request a minimum of 50 attendees on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and a minimum of 80 to 100 guests on weekends for the Great American BBQ. A minimum of 30 guests is requested for the ice Cream Buffet Outing. In order to reserve your preferred dated, we accept a 25% deposit based on your expected attendance. A full refund will be granted for events cancelled with at least four weeks notification. We thank you for providing the final guest counts to the Events Office at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
