You asked about rain? -- we consider this a 'four-letter' word --  when the word rain is spoken around here, it is done in a whisper..... all kidding aside, here is our policy for Corporate/Private Events & rain;
 
If it is the desire of the company and rescheduling is not an option, we are prepared to handle all events- rain or shine.  The tent area is very well protected and The Great American BBQ and Ice Cream Buffet will be served.
 
Prior to the event, if the projected weather forecast is looking extremely poor, we would work together to find a mutually agreeable date to reschedule.  This must be done with at least 48 hours or more notification from the company.  
 
If the decision to 'go ahead' is made, if it rains for more than 90 minutes of your event time & the weather continues to be too inclement for guests to enjoy the golf & bumper boat activities, we will issue "Rain Vouchers".  The "Rain Vouchers" allow guests to return (on a day of their choice) within one year of the date of the event.  Each Voucher would be redeemable for a wristband and unlimited play at all golf venues and the bumper boat pond.  Since food is served on the day of the event, upon returning for a day of fun, food, beverages, and ice cream are not included.
